Late registration fee: $100 for regular participants or $50 for students / LIC / LUMIC participants who register after Sep 1, 2013. Students (BSc, MSc & PhD students; confirmation of student status required); Participants from “Low Income Countries” (LIC) and “Lower and Upper Middle Income Countries” (LUMIC) as defined by the World Bank.
Guideline for Oral presentations: The following presentation file types are acceptable for our computers and projectors: Microsoft Office PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx, .pps) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
Guideline for Poster presentations: The maximum size for a poster is A0 (900mm×1200mm).
